Weight Watchers - Week 1 Recap

Woop woop!  4 pounds lost!  Thank you WEIGHT WATCHERS!

I think the next few weeks are going to be SUPER challenging.  During this weekend it was super hard to stay reasonably within my points.  I decided that if I get my workouts in on a more regular basis, I'll be able to eat more and be more satisfied. 

Made a big turkey tonight for dinner, and it was superb. 

Also made homemade stuffing for the VERY first time.  I was lucky that the local Food Lion had a Ciabatta Baguette, which turned out to be fantastic as stuffing.  The stuffing was a little too moist for my liking, so next time I'll use less chicken broth.
